Senior Lunch and Information Programs
What are Senior Lunches?
Senior lunches are part of Bayfield County’s elder nutrition program and offer a nutritious meal in the company of others. This provides an opportunity to catch up with neighbors, meet new friends, and take advantage of health or benefits related programming.
Cable area senior lunches are served at the Cable UCC Church, 13445 County Hwy M in Cable, on the first and third Mondays of each month. Doors open at 11:30, lunch is served at noon. An annual registration is required to reserve your spot (see below). If able, a suggested donation of $3-5 per meal helps support the program.
Other area congregate meal locations include Barnes, Iron River, and Washburn.
You can find information about all sites and menus by clicking the link below. Please double check the date on the shared menu.
